Congratulations to the 2002 Renegades who made it to the finals in the South Bend Cup. The team played tough against 2001 and 2001/2002 combination teams to make it to the final game at Culver Military School. The teams first three games were played at the Compton Family Arena at Notre Dame.
10U RAVENS WIN CHAMPIONSHIP CUP IN LANSING!
00 Renegades win against Garden City in the LCAHL finals at Joe Louis arena on Sunday March 13. The game was 0-0 after the first period. Then the Green machine started finding their groove. 2-0 after the second period with an impressive 14-1 shots on goal. They went up 3-0 in the third. Then the gold wings struck 3-1 . The Renegades capitalized again and made it 4-1. The Gold Wings struck again. The Renegades were able to hold off anymore goals and the game ended up at 4-2. A tremendous feat for a start up team with all new players from the previous year except for 2. Most of those came from House the previous year. A wonderful experience and allot of hard work.
Destroyers Hoist the Trophy!
On March 12, 2011 the Kensington Valley Pee Wee Detroyers dismantled the Plymouth Great White Sharks in the Caesar's Championship game. The Destroyers got out to a quick 4 to nothing lead in the first 3 1/2 minutes of the game and never looked back. It was not until late in the third period that scoring continued. The whole team contributed to the 5 to 3 victory! Destroyers are the Patrick Division Champions!
