Kensington Valley Hockey Association

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held monthly at a time and place determined by the President. The Secretary shall notify all members of the Board of the date, time, and place of each meeting by posting notice on the Association website.

Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by the President, or at the written request, to the President, of at least five members of the Board. The Secretary shall notify members of the Board of the date, time, and place of the meeting at least five days in advance.

KVHA Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the active members shall be held on a date to be set by the Association President, in March at or near the conclusion of fall league play at a place and time determined by the Board of Directors.
