Olivia Menard, a long time Raven, has signed her letter of intent to play college hockey at Aquinas next year.
Olivia is from St. Johns, Michigan and began playing hockey at 8 years old. She played on a boys team two different seasons. At the 12U level, her team won a Silver Stick tournament in Canada when she played for the Lansing Spartans. The team was in the Hockey Hall of Fame for that year following the win.
Another highlight was winning the State tournament a couple of years ago with Coach Hall's KV Ravens team. Olivia was the youngest one on her team and was playing up a level. It was a great experience to compete at Nationals that year too. She has played for teams in Lansing, Grand Rapids and the last few years in Brighton for Coach McFall, Coach Hall and, most recently, for Coach Wainwright. Olivia is excited to be continuing her hockey career at Aquinas.
Congratulations and best of luck to Olivia! We are proud to have her representing the KVHA Ravens.
