This team can be tier 3 or tier 2, it will depend on the level of skill of the girls, and we are looking at all possible scenarios.

What we don't want to do is rush to have a tryout and not have the skill level needed to be competitive and have fun at the age group; once we have a tryout and call a team tier 2, we cannot go back and make it a tier 3 team.   The main thing is that we are flexible and will roster the girls according to the best fit for their competition and development. 

It will be a great season of development and friendships! 

 Tier 3 is a great compete level for the girls to develop.  There is only one tier 2 girls team allowed per association in the MAHA State tournament so having a tier 3 team allows the girls to play in States at that level, as well as participate in MGHL league play and the girls can also play up to 30% of their total games against tier 2 teams for extra development.
