One of our goals is to give players opportunities for personal growth and our student coaching program is a great way for them to learn and develop in new ways, using what they know as a player to help the next generation of players.
Having a student mentor for the young players can make a huge difference, providing them both a new perspective and making it more fun for the kids. As well, our coaches can use support demonstrating and running drills, as well as coming up with fresh ideas. This program includes all of that and provides a learning environment that can open up many opportunities. The commitment is as much or as little as you want, as your schedule allows
